My Policies

Terms & Conditions
1. Email me your enquiries/orders via email address. Will try to reply in 24 hours.
2. No changes and/or cancellation of orders once confirmed.
3. Items sold are not refundable and not exchangeable.
4. However, if the colour you order is out of stock (OOS), we will replace with another colour of your choice or give you a refund.
5. Payment must be made within 5 days upon orders confirmation, otherwise orders will be cancelled.
6. Dead buyers will be blacklisted!

Payment & Collection
1. Bank transfer only.
2. $3 charge will be imposed for meet up collection.
3. Meet up collection only at Sengkang and Yishun (MRT), and upon payment received.
4. Meet up collection only at my convenient time due to my irregular schedule.
5. Normal postage - $1.50 to S$2.00 for 1st item, additional $0.80 for each subsequent item. (Depending on the weight of the item)
6. Registered postage - $3.50 to S$4.00 for 1st item, additional $0.80 for each subsequent item. (Depending on the weight of the item)
7. We will refund the money within 7 days for OOS (if you opt for refund).
